Make The Time You Spend Working On These  Exercises Special. We suggest that you make these bi-weekly exercises a  priority. Schedule about an hour each week to read and digest each session. Do it  faithfully just as you would a meeting with a customer and do not break your appointment  with yourself any more than you would with any of them. We also suggest that you schedule  this hour at the same time each week in a place where your mind is fresh and when you can  work without interruptions.

Use Reminders. We invite you to post a few signs around your office in  strategic places to help you remember what you are supposed to be doing or observing. You  could also put a 'post-it' note on your phone, in your car and at various locations at  home. You might even ask your significant other, your children or a friend to participate  in the exercise with you. And take advantage of your buddy and other members of your  resource group. Ask them to call you or stick their heads in your office once in a while  to check on how you are doing. These things will help keep you more awake and aware.

Have Fun With This Process. If you make this just another 'thing you have to do', then  you will miss a great opportunity to learn and experience new possibilities in your daily  life.
